Our Process

Staff in each room ensure that there are activities for each area of learning and development every day. Some of those activities are child-led, whilst many are planned in advance, to help work towards appropriate development goals for the whole age group, or for specific individuals.

We use the Famly app to record observations and monitor children’s progress within the areas of learning, and to share the information with the child’s parents or carers. Each child’s key person will ensure that activities are available to help them continue to progress. In addition, the deputy manager and manager undertake regular reviews to ensure activities are appropriate to group and individual needs.
